The Reloved Boutique is a casual consignment boutique and we focus on everyday fashion. From jeans and casual pants, tops to costume jewelry to footwear and more - we are your one stop shop for a great outfit! We are not brand specific and focus on the condition, quality and style of all items before accepting them for sale in the boutique.

When we are accepting items throughout the season, our process is: 1) You can drop off your items during our regular business hours - no appointment needed 2) We do not go through your items on the spot, we carefully go through and curate our assortment based off of what we know sells well and what we need in the boutique 3) At drop off, you have the choice to get your items back if we go through them and they are not a match for us, or we can donate to the local women's shelters on your behalf 4) If you chose to have your items returned back to you, you will be contacted via email with instructions and a date to pick them up. 5) Once your items sell, the funds accumulate on your account and you have the option to use it as a store credit to purchase items in the boutique, or you can request to have your balance paid out to you via e-transfer.

No we do not accept high end designer labels.

Each consignor has an account and as your items sell, your account balance accumulates. You can use this as a store credit to shop in store, or you can request a payout for anything $20+. Payouts are made on Tuesdays via e-transfer BY REQUEST from the consignor.

If your items do not sell at the end of the season, we proudly donate ALL unsold items to our women's charity and not-for-profit partners in the city.

There is an abundance of metered street parking on James Street North as well as the surrounding streets. There are also municipal parking lots on Hughson, as well as Mulberry Street. You may even luck out and find free street parking on Hughson (which is the street behind the store parallel to James Street North)

Due to the nature of our business, all items are final sale. Being a pre-loved consignment boutique we do our best to carefully go through items before having them in the boutique or online for sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased. All items are sold as is.

Yes we do carry plus sizes. Our assortment is based off of what our consignors bring in and we are always looking to offer a size range for everyone.

You can bring in items to consign with us during our intake windows for the season. There is no need to make an appointment and you can drop off anytime during our regular business hours. Our intake windows are: - Spring / Summer Intake is approximately February 15 - July 15th - Fall / Winter intake is approximately August 15 - January 15th We accept items throughout each season, and sometimes we have to temporarily have to put a pause on accepting anything due to the high volume of clothing we have to rotate through. The earlier you bring your items in the season the better!

Absolutely! We know you are eager to clean out those closets, but we have a 2 bag maximum drop off per day per person.

We have a standard consignment split. When your item sells, 60% of the price goes to the boutique, and 40% goes to you, the consignor.

Yes, we have gift certificates available for purchase in the boutique. We offer increments starting at $25.

Yes. We do not accept: - dirty/stained/heavily scented clothing - bathing suits - maternity wear - formal gowns (prom, bridal, bridesmaids) - undergarments - sleepwear - luxury high end items (chanel, gucci etc)
