OUR POLICIES

ONLINE SHOPPING SHIPPING OPTIONS

IN-STORE PICKUP:
We are offering free in-store pickup from the boutique: 
1) Select "In-Store Pickup" at the checkout.
2) Once your order is packed, you will receive an email that your order is ready to be picked up.
3) You can come to the boutique during regular business hours to pick up your order.
CANADA WIDE SHIPPING:
We offer $15 flat rate shipping across Canada with Canada Post. We will email your tracking number after your item has been shipped.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

All orders are prepared for shipment after completed checkout. Please allow for up to 2 business days to prepare your order. Your items are shipped using the selected method you as the customer chooses during checkout. 

We do not issue refunds for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages. If a package is damaged during transit or returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the shipping carrier. We will provide a tracking number for all shipments. 

RETURN POLICY 

Due to the nature of our business, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Being a pre-loved consignment boutique we do our best to carefully go through items before having them in the boutique or online for sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased. All items are sold as is. 

 

PAYMENT AND CHARGES

We accept credit card and PayPal payments for online purchases. Accepted credit cards include; American Express, Visa & Mastercard. Please note that registration is not required in order to place an order through PayPal Express Checkout. All prices on site are displayed in CAD Dollars. 


PRIVACY POLICY

Personal information you may provide to us through a purchase or newsletter subscription, includes; personal or business contact information, registration details, and communications. We use MailChimp and Wix as our email marketing platforms to send out newsletters. By subscribing to our mailing list, you acknowledge that the information you provide will be transferred to MailChimp for processing in accordance with their Contact Privacy Policy. All email subscribers have the ability to opt-out of our marketing and promotional communications at any time. We never share or sell your information.
